I can do it but I do it differently than you do. I dont bring my arms back like that. I just jump up with my arms, throw them down towards the ground, tuck like a mother f.., and land. Idk I land my way like every time but I dont think I get as much air as you do it. But it works!

the front tuck is NOT wrong! there two ways to it.... the metde he is jusing, is called "jap" tuck. i have only seen one man did a staning tuck, seaking forward. there was not a good height, but an indcredible fast movement. :)

thanx.. i tried it yesterday in my gym, and a gymnast who is a lot better then me, looked at me, and begin to sreacm. :) i did it in a standing position, with incredible air. so 5 stars to you :)
