WOW but still no place to eat downtown after 8-9 pm the dorms should have been built about 2-3 years ago but at least its a a start now, wheres the grocerystore/downtown attraction for the 6 new condo's? places you can walk and not need to hop in the car to get there? i send you a e mail reply

there are at least 3 bars opened in the north end of town, doing very well. the matador or something is doing very well. everest college just opened near 21st. and pac. hwy. UofW is expanding up the hill this year, and is now a 4 year school accepting freshmen. dorms will be built next year. there are about 6 condo's up now another being built on dock st. should i go on?

you must not live "downtown" go take a look, yes, this is silly to argue here but still, nothing open past 5pm, for the most part, nothing open on sunday, not even starbucks, nice your house has gone up in value but as a whole, the city lacks any direction name 5 business'that have opened downtown that are making money or been there for more than a year,

i dont agree, tacoma is in the middle of a renassonce. new buisness's opening downtown, millions being spent on infrastructure, seattle's housing is losing money, tacoma is gaining. my house has gone up more than 20k in value in less than 2 years!

by "dirty" i meant dirty poor and "gritty", look at the 11th street bridge, that should have been torn down 30 years ago, now its closed but "we must save our working herritage" people will be crawling out of the woodwork, this town is stuck in 1950 mayberry the city itself is "nice" but stuck in a timewarp,
