Everything is fallible. The issue with our government is that it's been hijacked. The "race" issue is that people keep calling it a race issue. It's not a skin color issue anymore. It's a perception issue and a socioeconomic issue and PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY ISSUE more than anything now.
