Setanta and his brother Aisake grew up in Ireland but unlike other Irish players in the AFL, did not come from a Gaelic Football team but from the Cork hurling team. It has been a steep learning curve for Setanta but his strength and natural athleticism are helping to make him an integral member in Carlton's line-up.
