Description: Warning: I swear quite a bit in this video. Just picked up a Wii this morning and am playing around with Wii sports. The boxing is an amazing work out. To prove that, I video taped me during 3 matches (I'm at matches 12, 13 and 14 undefeated, so the skill is a little higher as it goes up). I look foolish, but it's fun. And yeah, jumping around a lot is fun.
