corbie91 ::: Favorites  2008-01-20 19:52:20 with spin back kick i just learn it an practice it to myself in 3 simple stages start in your stance, now twist your torso back and brin your head round so you can see your target... chamber your leg (bring your leg up) then through the kick... once you have learned that start doing it as one smooth movement and keep drilling it untill you perfect it (Y) and btw balletman how long have you been doing martial arts for and which martial arts have you studied. __________________________________________________
