Every country in the U.N. had the authority to take him out.We had no idea what Saddam was up to after he threw out the U.N. weapons inspectors. Should we have just sat back and waited for him to invade a neighboring country again-possibly with even deadlier consequenses? Should we sit on our hands until it's too late like we possibly have with Iran and North Korea?
